Chicken 65 is a very special and popular preparation of a roasted, spicy chicken dish. It is a staple in most South Indian homes and a popular restaurant dish.
Preparation:
Mix 1 kg chicken pieces in 50g Aachi Chicken 65 masala, 1 cup plain yogurt (curd), 1 spoon vinegar and keep aside for 1 hour. No need to add salt. Deep fry chicken pieces on low flame. Our tasty chicken 65 is ready to serve. Chilly Gobi, Chilli Mushroom, Chilly baby corn etc., also can be prepared using this Masala.
Ingredients:- Chilli, Salt, Cinnamon, Cloves, Garlic, Ginger, Cardamom, Refined Peanut oil.
