Description
THOKKU / CHUTNEY: These are similar to instant chutney which can be mixed with hot rice and eaten. These are prepared from powdered spices which is roasted and cooked in a slow process to get the natural flavour of the spice. Typical South Indian Chutney made using Fresh Green Coriander leaves nicely ground into a paste and pickled using salt and other spices blended and seasoned with mustard and sesame oil.
